Quite unreliable. I've sought service three times from this company. The first time they did a great job and their charges very reasonable. The second time (request for quote) and third time (a request related to their first job) they didn't get back to me on either separate occasion. The third service request was quite important and not difficult and they noted at the time that they'd not responded to me previously.

I ordered a new battery for my laptop. It took about 9 days to arrive and they installed it for me straight away.Price seemed reasonable too.

I dropped in to see Adam at their offices. I didn’t have an appt but wanted to know what I needed to do to have some error messages on my laptop sorted out.His advice was most professional. He knew exactly what the issue was and advised me what I needed to do.He was prompt, polite, very professional and made me feel very confident in their services.I would definitely recommend at least talking to East Shores IT first before seeing anyone else. Rather than a hardware issue, I had encountered a software issue and it had been driving me nuts for a couple of months. New to Gladstone, I did not know who to turn to and read the reviews and East Shores IT had excellent ratings. After my visit this afternoon, with my issue sorted by Daniel, I would like to add my 5 stars to their list. Thank you, thank you. It took mere minutes. Friendly, professional, excellent service - well done. :)
