We have been longstanding customers of Superior Glass for almost 25 years.We have dealt with numerous tradespeople but Superior Glass stands out in terms of product quality, excellent workmanship and customer service.These guys have done marvellous work installing mirrors, repairing a mirror, replacing windows and screen doors, installing a shower screen, redirecting a sliding door, remeshing screen doors and replacing their bug seals.The quality of their products and work is exceptional. The tradespeople are competent and reliable and Nathan is a man of his word and truly cares about customer service. Appointments for quotes and work are promptly made.Shortly after we replaced most windows of our home a couple of years ago, we noticed there was a minor internal glass crack in one of the windows. Nathan came out to inspect this on the day we reported it to him and had that window replaced within only a few hours.Some of our old windows would leak when we would get strong rain. Since we replaced them, no leaks even in severe rain events we have had!Superior Glass provides good old fashioned service. We are happy to use them again for our future needs as well as recommend them to others. We wish Superior Glass many many blessings.

We paid $1280 for installing a semi frameless shower screen (small size) back in Feb 2021. It was found leaking from the bottom frame the first time we use it after installation. They came after a few weeks to fix the problem, end up with just applied more sealant. It lasted for a few months and leaking again. After their inspection they told us it was the problem of the base, nothing to do with their installation.Last month we took off a piece of wooden trim attached to the floor at the front of the shower base, water can be seen leaking through between the frame and base where the new screen was installed. We email them to come and fix it but never get any response. Now we have to find another company to re-install it for us.Bad installation, high price, bad service. Definitely not recommend!

Booked for 7am .. at 8am(when they opened ) still no show . I called the office to be told he was 10 minutes away .. arrived @8.30 and ran into my daughter leaving .. I had left for work by then . No respect for my time .
