Way overpriced charged $95 to shear my cavalier and $250 for my sons poodle won’t go back

Friendly people, but I'm not sure who does the dogs or if it's a shared event. Aunty Bec took our dog in to the garage one time, garden another time while on heat with other dogs there, and when I picked our dog up the first time, some young girl was drying the dog not Aunty Bec. There are too many dogs in at one time, or the dogs live there because its always the same dogs, and they all get the same style shave. Plain old shave.

Dog poor cut, razor cuts to facial skin and on back, grossly overpriced for service obtained. Would not recommend this groomer due to the condition of my dog on its return, I felt the dog was also traumatised by this grooming as it normally is not a clingy dog but now refuses to leave my side. I do not understand how she got such a high rating and I found her unprofessional and the environment not really conducive for grooming. Also giving incorrect information on treatment options for which she has no veterinary experience. After leaving this establishment took my dog to the vet to document his bleeding razor cuts. On returning home had to run a razor over the dog to make even the coat.

Fantastic groomer, every attention to detail taken, did exactly what I asked for. Highly experienced groomer.
