BlueFit Swimming - South Morang

When owned by aqua style was great now new company has come.Management is really bad Even no phone line anymore every thing threw the app and the policy. It's always someone different you need to provide support, guidance and consistency like we use to have. I now looking somewhere else to find a bett service. Employ a state or area manager before you lose everyone.

The training and service and has gone down hill. would not recommend. Have waited for updates from staff for weeks now. They do not have room to move up and swim training for kids it seems there is not much focus on individual kids to try and improve them.

After changed to Bluefit, everything is different. Got no support from the management staff. Very inpatient front dest staff. My daughter was allocated to angelfish after new management, but the coach said she should be in shark or dolphin, which are 2 or 3 levels up. Talked about this issue to the staffs, everytime I got different answers.(because everytime was different staff) After been waiting for so many weeks without any help, we decided to quit. It is not worth of it to spend money and time on the technique she already mastered. Aquastyle was way much better than Bluefit, not only the coaches, but also the management staffs.

Worst management- after blue fit took over. Purely running the centre for money, 1 teacher has 5 students, when I enrolled my kids few years back, I have been advised the maximum will be 4 students per teacher. Students will be in the same level for ever as they don’t have room to move them up. Already looking for other centres to move my kids out!!

I have no doubt in recommending Aquastyle. Dedicated and caring staff. My kids are not confident in water. Staff was made aware of that and they put in extra care. What makes this place special is caring staff members. Good Job guys.

I just want to express my disappointment in the reception staff. I explained that my daughter was on the waiting list for 5 months in order for her to join the correct swimming class, they changed the day from Friday to Thursday which was fine. However, she was still not in the correct class for her skills. I kept explaining that this is a waste of time as her skills are not excelling in any way.Instead of trying to solve the problem the receptionist took it personal and dealt with it in an unprofessional manner. She lied to her manger and accused me of yelling at her and that I made her upset. As someone who works in customer service myself, this is extremely disappointing as I treat people the way I would like to be treated.The manger however, was very professional and helped me solve the problem when I explained the issue to her. She found a spot for my daughter in the right class and understood my point of view straight away rather than taking things personally.I am writing this review to not only thank the manger but to make other parents aware of the unfortunate experience that I had with the receptionist.

Change from Aquastyle to BlueFit has been disappointing. Management value corporate efficiency over user experience. Have left for another swimming school.
