Professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Nothing is to much trouble. Take time to talk about your needs. Loaner samples to get a feel for the product in your own home. Instal crew are top notch. Thoroughly prepared our old floor. Hardworking friendly and great quality. Absolutely recommend these guys and would use them again

Needed some extra hybrids planks after damaging the floor in our kitchen.Fran helped me getting the same boards and was very pleasant and knowledgeable about all the products. Price was very competitive also, would highly recommend.

Very pleasant experience. The prices for material and labour were affordable. The elapsed time between the initial quote and my new living room was 15 days. The work has been done in less than 2 hours. Great customer service also.

We went to Karma floors in Bayswater on the recommendation of a friend. Fran was so helpful and helped us choose the perfect laminate flooring for our space.
