I don't normally leave reviews, but Global Solar went above and beyond for our Solar system, from initial quotation to finalisation of the system. Ryan is there for us for the whole process. We have a very specific requirement of where to install the panels, many companies disagreed, but Ryan, being an electrician was able to overcome our concerns as well as fulfilling our requirement. Good communication, good customer service and more importantly they offered a very competitive price. I will definitely recommend Global Solar to our friends.

Thank you Ryan, you and your team did an amazing job of replacing our solar after our first lot was damaged in a storm. Very professional and helpful and went above and beyond when our rebate was taken away due to incorrect paperwork from the first installation that was never picked up on. Not only was I impressed with your diligence to have our problem fixed, your speedy response to calls is something rarely seen today. It is so nice to deal with people who are professional, courteous, knowledgeable and always available when you need to talk to them. Well done, much appreciated!! We had our 6.6Kw Solar System ($3200 installed total) installed by Ryan and the Team from Global Solar Solutions in early 2020 (right before COVID!). Ryan handled everything and the installation went fine, on time and without any issues or delays. Our Powerbill before solar was a consistent $1000-$1100 per quarter, for well on a decade - we are very high power users with all the technology in the house (I'm in IT). Since the Solar install our Power Bill dropped to $400-$500 per quarter, but with the latest (2022) Electricity Price hike it's gone up to $600 per quarter. Still WELL BELOW what we were paying. Its now been 2.5 years since installation and the System has already paid itself off - IN FULL! It's basically all profit from here on.I have no hesitation in recommending Ryan and Global Solar Solutions and when Battery Ssytems become a bit more economical, we'll be in contact with Ryan for a Quote.

Ryan and his team are fantastic to deal with! We had limited roof space but Ryan made it work brilliantly to accommodate 13.3kw panels and 2 X 5kw inverters. We went from $650/quarter to $0! Ryan has always been contactable and with his great service chose him to upgrade an old system on our investment property! Don't look anywhere else, Global solar solutions is your solar go to guys!

I was waiting to get a power bill before I gave a rating for these guys- their service was really great from start to finish. The guys were on time and super helpful in explaining how it all worked. They tidied up everything when they left- one of the guys even stayed back on a Friday night to finish everything off! Just got our first quarterly bill and we got a credit! It’s what we’d hoped for. Absolutely exceptional service! Couldn’t recommend these guys anymore. Ryan was quick to come out to our property and assess what was going to be most suitable for us. Global Solar Solutions have been brilliant to deal with. They came highly recommended from several sources and having dealt with various other solar businesses, I can say without any hesitation that their reputation for being at the top of their business is well deserved. Requests for information were answered fully and promptly at every step of the quote and install, to make sure that I was completely across the process. The work was carried out at the height of massive rains that added significant challenges to travel and access to my property, but in face of this I am very happy to say that the installer remained flexible, polite and professional at all times. Great value for money. Don’t go anywhere else.

Dealt Ryan (head of company) for the whole of my installation. Guy knew his stuff, cared about our job and made sure it was seen through from start to finish. He’s also wasn’t above giving the sort of frank advice that we wanted/needed to hear as a customer to make decision that where in OUR best interest (even if it probably meant it cost him in the end). Have put friends on to Global to install our same system and am happy to say that the service and experience for them was exactly the same as ours; perfect!
