Their call center is woefully understaffed.I just joined Mable as a client. I have been trying for 2 days to talk to someone. Several attempts to call have gone through to voicemail. The calls are returned several hours later, but If you aren't standing by your phone to answer, you miss your opportunity to speak to someone.

Mable is awesome, because it does not only focus on the clients who are seeking for support, but also on the support worker. You can choose your rate entirely free, which is great, because in the end you are an independent worker, not employed by Mable, so you should also feel like running your own business. This is not the case with some of the competitors.

I matched with a lovely woman, & I'm thoroughly enjoying the experience of helping her & her family.My client is quick to approve my hours, but I'm a bit disappointed with the slow response from Mable to approve them to be paid. Applying to be a Carer through Mabel was a good experience. As soon as I joined, I received a personalised job request the next day. Training was good, although I'm still navigating on my own efficiency in accessing the client and submitting my reports.

Incredibly disappointed with payment times, 20 days and counting to be paid from first client. Don't work here if you wish to eat.

As a support worker approaching two months without payment after client arbitrarily terminated the contract, there needs to be policies to protect the worker in case this happens. Emails have gone unanswered, calling feels like a hamster on a wheel, running with no goal. Very disappointed.

A good site to find work on. I don't agree with Mable not uploading my qualifications just because I have no one that I kept in contact with from my job years ago that can confirm I worked their. I have found the platform a bit confusing to use in the beginning but am getting used to it now.
