The outstanding service at Vodafone level 2 store are rated excellent. The staff is well knowledge and extremely patient. Everything has been resolved, purchased a new phone and I rate Vodafone as number 1. Udara and ayshal have been awesome. Thank you very much.

Staff were very good. BUT no facility or for customers with mobility issues who cannot sit on stools! Get some standard chairs people!!!!!!!

incredible service from a lovely man - so sorry that I have forgoten the name, starting with R? maybe Rakeet? was provided with friendly, prompt and responsive service. he was sure to ask for my student id/previous vodafone history to ensure i was given the best deal on my plan. upgrading a phone has never been so easy! thanks vodafone, this is why i am a loyal customer - the exceptional and humble services!
