My property manager Cassandra is the best I’ve ever experienced. We have had a few over the years in so happy to have back . She is efficient, responsive and a great communicator, helps answer questions n updates you regularly where things are st in re to repairs etc. the overall service with Jellis craig has been great , had issues with one manager but since Cassandra every runs perfectly. We recently purchased a property and decided to rent it out. We were fortunate enough to have Tegan as our property manager, and she has exceeded our expectations in every way. Her communication skills are excellent; she always responds quickly to our emails and keeps us updated throughout the process. Tegan helped us obtain a rent appraisal for our bank loan and guided us through the entire renting process, including advertising the property.Tegan's assistant, Oscar, was also a pleasure to work with. He ran an outstanding open house and ensured that the rental contract included clauses to protect our property. We felt supported and comfortable throughout the process, knowing that our property was in good hands. We have been renting with Melissa at Jellis Craig for a year now and their service has been AMAZING! Every interaction we have with Melissa, she is so kind and professional. Her assisnt Gina is also wonderful to work with and everyone at the office has been so kind when we need to pop in. What a pleasure it has been having Alex as our property manager. Alex has wonderful communication skills and has been so helpful, making my first rental an absolute breeze. He has handled several problems for me in amazing amounts of speed, leaking taps etc. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough.
