While waiting for my medication I noticed several political laminated posters on the prescription counter, which I think is a bit inappropriate, especially as it was fear mongering posters. When wanting to leave the security guard made me feel like I was stealing, I would have happily showed my shopping bag, this was my first stop anyway.Regretted going there and not using the other pharmacy.

Many special offers,reductions and promotional items too! Very friendly, helpful knowledgeable staff providing quick enough service! Open 7days and worth visiting!

My mother Purchased an eyeliner the cap was broken we returned it a few days later staff wanted my mother to fill out form with her personal details home address number email signature I refused only to give mobile number and sign the form, one staff member was very rude saying we have to give all information I refused saying personal details for a returned faulty item is not necessary we had the receipt so that should be enough she was rude and upset and said just do the paper work to the other worker. Bad customer service 0 stars if I could. By the way, my mother is 84 years old. If paperwork has to be filled out, they could have done it later, not then and there, considering many people waiting inline to be served.

Very helpful staff. I would recommend this store to anyone, because they have a great range of pharmatical stuff. Their make up range is good. Plenty to choose from & the prices are good too. Very competitive to other businesses around Westfield Marion.

I always get great service and the pharmacist is friendly and very helpful. Shelves are always well stocked and have what I need.

I had a lady serving me on the tills just walk off and go help another customer and go on the phone without finishing my transaction! I was on my lunch break. not happy horrible service definitely better chemists at Marion
