Wyndham Hotel Surfers Paradise
I celebrated my birthday at the Wyndham Hotel Surfers Paradise on 14 June 2022 with my partner.We were fortunate enough to stay on the 14th floor, which offered a beautiful view of Surfers Paradise. The room was spacious and well-appointed, making our stay very comfortable.We were also delighted to receive a complimentary bottle of rose wine, which was my favorite! The location of the hotel is superb, with easy access to the main attractions in Surfers Paradise.Our stay at the Wyndham Hotel was wonderful, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable experience.

Floor 17 ocean view was stunning. Welcome service -amazing. Comfy beds, low pillows to actually sleep on, Italian bath products, Washer worked well. Dryer door broken and stopped working. Would work if pushed back in again but slightly annoying. Block out curtain in bedroom but not lounge room where the sofa bed was made up. Up with the sun. Decent kitchen and accessories. A coffee pod machine would be great as the majority of the population now drink pods/espresso than instant. Thankfully, I had a few coffee bags on me. Loads of towels in the room which was great. Pool and spa lovely. Overall, a beautiful stay.

It's a very nice and warm hotel that everyone who works there has a smiling face and they take care of their customers very well. The facilities are clean and tidy. Definitely will come back again to enjoy my holiday.

I enjoyed my stay overall, the rooms were spacious and lots of amenities. However for a 4 star hotel, the couches were a bit worn and dirty and the aircon stopped working at 4am so woke up boiling hot and couldn’t do anything about it as reception wasn’t there until later on

Wow wow wow, I can't fault it!!! We stayed here for 4 weeks and enjoyed every minute. Close to town and beach. Easy access,friendly staff. Clean building. We give our Air BnB Host 5*

Great location and staff are super friendly and helpful. Everyone is very nice and the service is top quality. Unfortunately the rooms are quite dated and noise from the heating/cooling kept us up. But all minor things and would probably stay here again.

Check in process was a nightmare with multiple staff explaining different things at once, an earlier check in couldn’t even be accommodated even by 30 minutes. On top of that a late check out is $20 per hour after 10am which is highway robbery. It’s a shame these small adjustments couldn’t be made despite it being winter and a quieter month. The rooms are also quite old and have a mouldy smell. Wouldn’t stay again.

We had a brief stay for a get away break.The apartments are well equipped, including kitchen requirements, comfortable furniture, beds, and bedding.The pool and spa area is quite private away from public view or passing traffic. The pool construction allows for a shallow area for children and a deeper area if you want to do some laps.Bbq area is near pool and is a casual atmosphere with BBQ plates for cooking and tables to enjoy your meal.Happy hour was great and the bar has a good range for choice.Staff in all areas were always polite, friendly, and helpful, prepared to do a little extra if you needed it.
