Nice little bowling club just back from the beach at Malua Bay. The former club was destroyed in the terrible fires that hit the NSW coastline and has now been built bigger and better. There is a playroom for children and you can sit and eat you meal while watching them play. The menu is the usual pub grub at reasonable prices. Friendly service made our lunch a memorable one. Don’t forget to take photo ID.

Whilst visiting the South Coast of NSW we were fortunate to experience the Blue Salt Restaurant within the Club Malua. Very spacious and new setting. The meals were delicious. The 4 of us were extremely happy with each meal. Fresh and tasty and well presented. My wife tried one of the many cocktails on order and she loved it. Service was friendly.

Had their pumpkin and beetroot salad for lunch today got 4 small pieces of beetroot and 6 small cubes of pumpkin with a full plate of green salad. Good if you like greens but I was looking forward to a nice lot of beetroot and caramelised pumpkin. NOT WORTH 19 BUCKS I CAN TELL YOU .BIG THUMBS DOWN

We went down to support our club in the bowls. Go Nowra Larrikins. The weather was cold but the staff at the club were were warm and welcoming. No complaints ant our pizza was wonderful. After viewing other meals around us, they all looked delicious. Despite 96 bowler's and all the extras our meal was served promptly and any issue was dealt with promptly with no issue. Look forward to going back.

I have dined at Club Malua a number of times since it reopened in July 2022. Every meal has been above average and very reasonably priced, particularly for members. The staff are always polite, friendly, and efficient. I'm puzzled by some of the negative reviews. I assume that they are written by Canberra people on holiday during busy times, such as public holidays. Visit the club outside these times and the food and service are excellent. I tend not to visit when the club is packed with the perpetually dissatisfied from Canberra. Every establishment suffers under the strain of holiday makers.

We had a party of three that had the opportunity to eat at Club Malua - it was fantastic. The group ordered Fish and Chips, Chicken Schnitty, and Grilled Salmon - reported all to be delicious.Generous wine pours and cold beer made the experience positive. We plan to return.

Beer cold, service good, food yummy. And a lot of work has been put in to getting the club back up to speed after the black summer bushfires. One of the best rsl country beach clubs around.

Food was outstanding. There was one staff member that actually interacted with the customers to extend being felt welcome. I do not like lay out as holiday destination catching up with family. Tables uncomfortable. Need to support the elderly in cutlery as some older residents in the community do have pride but need assistance. But at the end of the day my dad was happy and I was happy to get him out thankyou malua bay
