After being thoroughly run-around by a similar Sydney based company for 2 months, I gave up and ordered from WFA on Thursday, by Monday they had arrived. Fantastic service.Don't waste your time going elsewhere, start at WFA.

Great filters for the family. We have the platinum system and we love it. Don't need to boil the water for the little one and can fill up water bottles and reduce plastic waste. I also love that I can rinse off fruit and veg and not have any nasties pop back onto them. Not to mention the coffee machine is thanking the water thanks to limescale remover. Thanks WFA for a greqt service and a lifetime warranty!

Disappointed i have to give one star, just wish i could give a lower rating, customer service is pathetic, rang a week ago about not having received my water filter, was assured i will receive as soon as possible, i still have not received the water filter i have paid for a week later, no follow up calls. I am now looking around for a more professional company.

Product is good but delivery company is terrible !! They use Sendle who use Aramax (formally Fastway) for deliveries and this is one of the worst delivery companies around. Two weeks to make a delivery that is only 140km and a three hour drive away in major residential ares is total inefficiency and at worst should take no more than 2 - 3 days. If you hope for a quick delivery good luck.

New filter was leaking and contacted customer support. Unfortunately I am still waiting for an adequate response to our poor customer experience. I have been working with the customer service team for several days without being any closer to a resolution and I am very unhappy. This experience has diminished my faith in getting a resolution with this product. Never again.
