I understand this content needs to be delivered in a very specific way in order to meet objectives and guidelines however I found the delivery of this training to be quite dry and at times the instructions were confusing. The content seemed to be all correct and current. I underwent the online course so respectfully acknowledge that in-person training may have enhanced my learning more.Furthermore, I did not feel that the trainer went out of his way to assist and support students in their learning and answer their queries with the care that I would routinely expect from an education professional. I observed a few students becoming frustrated and/or upset by this behaviour. My trainer was Neville Spinks.
