Arrived at 4:20. Sat and waited for the Western Diagnosis and they advertise open until 7pm all over the place the lady came out right next to a sign stating this and said sorry we’re closing at 5 today and wouldn’t have time to see us. Management need to adjust times or keep the staff there for the advertised times

I went for a blood test today.Arrived after 12 on a Saturday long weekend (March 4).The lady there(I don't remenber her name )She is my new hero.What a legend!!she was patient and dedicated and took extra patients even after 1:00 pm.Not everyday experience to see someone working after hours with so much dedication.Cheers!!

Waiting for ages for a blood test seems to be a norm. The system for maintaining an orderly waiting system for the patients is a complete mess, and it's not uncommon to wait for 1-2Hrs for a simple blood test.

My son and I waited 45 min, extremely slow service.Had a blood test Thursday and three days later his arm is still very sore, very painful experience.Wouldn’t go back there.

The service here was exceptional. From my initial phonecall to arrange an appointment to the caring manner of the sonographer. I was treated with respect and was given the perfect instructions on how to reach the clinic - better than google. Thank you so much. My worst fears alleviated. You all get five stars.

Extremely slow. Do not use this service unless you have all day. Unbelievable how long they take per person, and the wait between people is long too. Never experienced anything like this at any other pathology centre in Perth. Avoid at all costs

Wait time over an hour. Nurse was wonderful, she kept her cool with frustrated people not wanting to wait there turn. Why western diagnostic chose to close the other rooms in Marchant way without increasing staff at rudloc road seems unfair to nurse at Rudloc

Totally disgraceful level of customer service experienced today. Unfortunately we don’t have the name of the phlebotomist as I’d like to take our complaint further. A lesson for her would be not to be so decidedly judgemental based on someone’s appearance and choice of clothing. You are in no way helping anybody with your crass remarks and terrible attitude. You’re dealing with humans everyday and your lack of empathy was uncalled for and distasteful on your part. Take a holiday if you’re burnt out and learn to keep your comments to yourself. Will not be returning or recommending this pathology ever.

Went for a blood test today. It was busy - eight patients ahead of us so we had to wait nearly an hour. That's seven minutes per patient, not bad really.Dallas was patient, kind and gentle. Hardly felt the needle. At all times she was professional and competent. We have no complaints. Next time we will go when it's not so busy.
