Head spa is very good hair dresser. My keratin always looks and feels amazing for months after.

My hair has never been better. The service is consistent and booking is easy. I have medium-long, medium thickness, fine, frizzy hair and pay between $120-$140 which is so much more affordable than typical salons. I am a repeat customer and can recommend this service if you are looking for results rather than a luxury experience.

Erica is extremely helpful and explained how to always use heat when drying my hair… I didn’t know this! Amazing results! My hair is normally dry and rough but after the treatment and using the products I have straight/ sleek healthy hair.

The lady who straightened my hair and did the treatment was lovely. She did a great job of straightening and treating my hair. The Keratin unfortunately hasn't worked at all. I washed my hair with sulfate free shampoo and it's as curly and frizzy as it was before the treatment. I have had Keratin before at other salons and the treatment has worked great. I don't think this brand agrees with my hair unfortunately.

A 1 Star Rating is too generous for Head Spa MosmanMy partner bought me a Groupon voucher for my birthday and I was excited for what I was expecting to be a quality, professional experience given what I had seen on the Head Spa website... I was wrong.The salon was difficult to locate, and I was surprised to find it along a dingy corridor, with a woman sitting inside waiting for me, playing music from her phone. The interior screamed anything but quality or professional, and the overall service was far from that either.(I only took one photo in the salon of the interior fan, but in it you can see the bizarre decor that feels anything but quality).The woman didn't speak much English so struggled to answer a few questions I had about what to expect. She washed my hair and then applied the treatment, and then told me to sit and wait for one hour (after that she blow dried and straightened my hair)- in short.The woman was completely incompetent, clearly was not a hair dresser; she made blow drying and straightening look awkward and uncomfortable. She had long nails that scratched my head and got caught in my hair, and it felt dirty and unhygienic. At one point she even put a glove on...All the equipment she used looked cheap and I honestly think I could have straightened my hair better and faster with my cold GHDs than the ones she was using. The most disturbing part being that the hair brushes she was using had matts of other peoples hair in them...!Along the way she took photos of my hair without asking for my consent, and at the end showed me a video she took of my hair from the back- I could barely fake a smile.I had to pay an additional $80 for the service as my hair is long.I feel robbed and I will never ever encourage anyone to waste their time and money at Headspa. I’m an Asian, my hair is not frizzy or curly. Hair length is around 5 cm pass shoulder, They charge $80 extra on top of the $99 I paid.The result was good, but only last for 2-3 weeks. I used only keratin shampoo n conditioner. I followed all necessary instructions to take care of my hair.

Beautiful place, lovely ladies working there, they have done an amazing job with my hair, it’s so smooth and silky. Love it! Third time I had my hair done and I’ll go back for sure!

Had Keratin treatment done here 4 times in the last 2 years and it is amazing. The lady that did it for me is so lovely we just chatted the whole time! The treatment really works well and lasts a long time
