Very easy to book and get in contact when my confirmation email was lost in spam filter. We were running late for our booking and they called up to check in on us. Knowledgeable staff and very reassuring for us since we hadn't ridden bikes in nearly 15 years and aren't in the best of shape. Small sized bike was great for me (150cm). Loved the experience!

service was great, spent the time to get the bike set up right for my size & weight before I hit the tracks. The bike itself was awesome, I knocked out 62km and still had juice in the battery. fantastic day out in Bright. Will do this again :)

Came in to rent a bike, was treated to a life lesson because I didn’t book in advance like everybody else.I am sorry if I can’t plan in advance because of my job. Apologies if saying “it’s best for us to rent it today instead of tomorrow morning” was interpreted as telling you my life story.Apart from the questionable service: bikes were great, delivered on time, great activity.

We arrived early, without an online booking and they were so accommodating (being 2 adults and kids). We didn’t try the electric bikes but they looked like fun. The guys also suggested a great riding trail (and where the magpies swoop). We’ll hire from here again for sure, when we’re back in Bright.

The whole hire process with Bright Electric Bikes was fantastic. Kristin was full of information and advice and the bike was really good. It was only the second time my wife had ridden and e-bike and clocked up 70ks for the day, so all round a great day. Thanks guys!

Hired premium e-bikes from Bright Electric Bikes with a group of 8 to ride to Harrietville and back. 55km return trip. These bikes were AMAZING! Easy to ride, comfortable and the turbo mode made cruising the bike path so easy and enjoyable. Will absolutely hire again!!!

After a bit of a bumpy start we were very happy with the service and support from Bright E-bikes. The bikes are a bit bashed up and probably in need of some TLC but the crew got us sorted quickly and we enjoyed two days of great riding.

Thank you Bright Electric Bikes for a lovely afternoon! After having to slide our original booking due to cold symptoms (thanks grandsons!) to the afternoon, we headed out to Myrtleford for the afternoon. A bit too long than we expected and unfortunately arrived back a few minutes late. All good - no hassles from the lovely lady working there. Bikes are great and a great safety brief before the ride. Highly recommended.

I rented a dual suspension e-bike from Bright Electric Bikes over the new year period and the service was fantastic. The bike was in excellent condition and all functions of the bike were clearly explained before I left the shop. I had rented previously from other stores in Bright and felt like I was just a number but Bright Electric Bikes really went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I would highly recommend renting from Bright Electric Bikes

Easy booking a great bike hire. We booked the cheaper non-ebikes available and they were awesome. They are clearly well serviced and cared for. Leigh was informative and gave us a good idea of where to ride to given the amount of kilometres we wanted to do. Highly recommend the rail trail if you want to do a relaxed day on the bike!
