The greeting we got at the speaker box was a bit of a shock “order…”Older guy seemed a bit depressed. But the meal was pretty much great! He was a different person when he came outside to give it to us, Maybe the fresh air? Seemed like he was on by himself looking after the whole place. Hot burger and fries both well made and brought out with a friendly smile. As we drove past he was already inside straight back to cleaning up.I gave 4 stars because I’d be pretty over it too at 3am if I was expected to do everything by myself. No one else in sight.We actually mentioned being concerned for him if he was in fact the only person in the restaurant.So well done to him.

Someone from corporate or head office needs to get out of there office and come down to this store to sort stuff out. This place is the worst maccas on the northside. Half the time muffins arnt even cooked there raw and Everytime without fail I get a coffee from this place it's literally cold. Not even Luke warm. Sick of paying $5+ for the worst coffee ever.

Walked in, as my vehicle doesn't fit through the drive-thru, and was lucky enough to see only one other customer inside but he already had his meal. No wait, right? I was standing there for a little over ten minutes, just waiting for a standard, non-customised meal. When I finally got it the muffin and hot" cakes where both as cold as ice. At least the coffee was hot but

Came through for a quick bite to eat however was deeply disappointed. The order taking in the drive thru was painful, took multiple attempts to get the order correct and in the end the hamburger had only one pickle and the ice cream was cold. All in all the food was mediocre and the hunger left unsatisfied

0 stars! I’ve complained about my orders multiple times via online feedback because it’s usually when I get home from the drive thru I notice. Coffee tastes like water even when you order an extra shot, always missing ingredients on custom orders. No one ever contacts me back even though I request it online when complaining. WORST MCDONALD’S AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Worst McDonald's Northside , unorganised, staff would rather. Talk than serve , the food is always stale and cold even though you park for 7 or 8 minutes . Complaints to head office goes nowhere, all I can say is the burgers are better at hjs.

Sat at the box for ages waiting for someone to take our order, finally we asked if someone was going to and they took our order. Staff we dealt with after that we friendly enough, though got to the second window and they couldn't work out which order was ours at at first.I don't know why I keep getting the ham and cheese toasty with the false hope it won't continue to be abysmal. They used to be pretty good! Now you lucky to get one sliver of thin ham that takes up maybe half the toasty. I think I'll finally accept defeat that McDonald's has just dropped the ball permanently on this breakfast item.
