St Albans Veterinary Clinic

Great vet and lovely staff. Saw us last minute without an appointment when our normal vet was closed. Thank-you to the team for fitting us in when our little dog Cleo wasn’t well.

My cat was bitten by a snake. The nearest vet wasn't open yet, so I went to St. Albans vet clinic.They saw him straight away because it was an emergency.Then he was admitted for inpatient treatment.Throughout his stay, the St Albans vet staff had been absolutely wonderful. Our vet updated us daily with his conditions, and they always made sure my cat was comfortable and happy.They changed his litter box daily, gave him lots of pats and monitored his progress closely.It's been a hellish week for us, but thanks to the staff, my cat is still alive.And the fact that they're open every day made it possible for me to visit after office hours and on weekends.Thank you so much to Dr. Melody Chiou and team. My vet is Dr Kim Cao and she’s the best. Whenever I take my fur baby to her she knows his history, she’s lovely with him and always takes time to just check in. I don’t just feel like another appointment. My boy loves her too because of the treats he getsRecommend this vet clinic.

So far, I have not had any issues with any of the vets, and they have been looking after my fur babies well.

I had my old dogs teeth taken out hereI dropped her off at 8 and picked her up at 8She waited all day for surgery, I was anxious as she is 14 years of ageI didn't here from then all dayI called them at 4 to see how she was going, and she still hadn't gone into surgerySurgery went well - the cost was goodI was thankful to pick her up - her poor stomach was gurgling in the car home, I had to then wait two hrs to feed her.It's a very busy vet clinic, and lots of people take their pets in emergencyI just wish they would give at least one update, especially when your dog is old

I saw Michael,he was,absolutely brilliant with my dog! When Dr Paddy retired I was devestated.Discovered Dr Michael. Strongly recommend Dr Michael. He knows his stuff and is honest. I trust him with my pets. I never hesitate in booking now!

I was happy with the Vet untill she told me to take my Norwegian Dwarf Rabbits dry food away from him and Just give him veggies and water Only for 2 weeks.Lucky I took him back there As A Different Vet there told me the Opposite.My poor rabbit was loosing weight dramatically.Luckily I took him back.One says one thing and Another says something else.Not Good.
