Just Swimming Nunawading

My child who was very nervous in his lessons and would cry was with a coach who was horrible to him. Just the rudest teacher around. With a terrible attitude. Spoke to management but they ain’t bothered once payments been made I suppose! But my other older child was in another class and that coach was lovely. Change rooms are clean as are the pools

Our 3 year old daughter started mid last year and we have been very happy with the staff and instructors. All the kids seems to have fun and grow in confidence with each lesson. Well organised and safe environment. Highly Recommended.

Loved the lesson here. I think it's better than what I thought it would be. Too bad they only have 2 family change rooms. I think they need more baby change station.

Terrible make up lessons policies in place. If u have had one make up lesson already even if the lessons are running under capacity no make up lesson is offered if u need a second make up lesson for the term. Does not have community benefits as the forefront objective in policy making. These centres come to life thanks to the rate payers. So many times lessons run under capacity but isnt allowed to be utilised for a student who wants do make up lessons. Wasted resources.

Good customer service by staff, the cafe is also good. More family friendly change rooms are needed but the space maybe limited for that change. The swimming instructors are wonderful.

Lessons are ok but you'll stand for the entire lesson as there aren't enough seats for parents

Contacted to enquire about re-enrolling son back into lessons after not having any available suitable times after reopening after Covid, told no available times and have to go on waiting list, though this is on the same day i was advised to contact them about lesson times.I find it quite hard to believe that all lessons times are full and there's no availability, seems like they don't care about childrens water safety and that those kids that missed out due to covid, will miss out again.Shame that after 3 years and being our local swimming pool we've had to take our business elsewhere where they were accomodating and had multiple available times.

I’m so disappointed by the lack of customer care at Just Swimming. I was ready to book my son in for swimming lessons after an assessment. The teacher in the pool was great with my son and we decided private lessons would be best. There was a lot of umming and ahing from the staff who did explain that most private lessons are done in their other locations but they said they would get the coordinator to contact me later that day. I waited a week and called to follow up only to get a pretty rude response directing me to the other centres - I reminded her that we live 5 minutes from the Nunawading pool and I was told someone would get back to me about lessons there. Eventually, another week later, I get a passive aggressive email claiming they’d just tried to call me (they hadn’t) and that they don’t offer private lessons at this time. Sheesh. Could’ve just said that in the first place rather than making it seem like you were bending over backwards to accomodate us.

The lesson is okay. However, after covid, they changed to a very silly make up system.Very silly and unreasonable make up system. Only allow one day in advance for next day make up lessons. It is very discouraging people to do make up lessons.

Very disappointed in the management of the waitlist. I put my daughter on it for over a year. Received an email sometime in July to be informed that if i did not want to continue to be on the waitlist to let them know. Following that instructions i did not provide a response as i wanted to still secure a spot. Called them back this December only to fine that my name as been taken off so i had to join the whole waitlist all over again.
