Great personal service. I mange 76 3 bedroom apartments, a large dining hall and conference room. All facilities are air conditioned. Don Hall and his team look after our air con needs. They always come as soon as they can and offer personable helpful advice and get on and get it fixed.As a business I would personally recommend them to anyone who needs the job done properly with a minimum of fuss at a fair price. I called up Don Hall Air Conditioning and Refrigeration to get one of my aircons looked at. A young guy came the very next day to look at the aircon and fixed it very quickly. GREAT service and both Don (on the phone) and the young guy who came and fixed the aircon were very friendly and efficient. Would not hesitate to recommend this business to anybody who asked. Thank you for saving us in the Cairns heat- we felt like we were melting away.

We've been using Don Hall Air Conditioning, Electrical & Refrigeration for 5 years now, and we have always found them to be very responsive, very professional and reasonably priced. Recently we asked them to do a repair job for us that was slightly left field, and one that another Cairns provider [that we had used before] pushed us back on. We're very pleased to report that the Don Hall team accepted our request, and that the job has been completed to our great satisfaction.
