Allwest Racking Solutions Pty

I tried Allwest Racking Solutions based on the reviews I've seen here. Perhaps I got them on a bad day, but I found them to be completely incompetent. The project I paid them for went far over schedule and ultimately did not even meet my needs. Highly UNRECOMMENDED.

They were very helpful and even with my many questions they managed to not get upset with the number of phone calls I made prior to buying their products

I've had the unfortunate experience of dealing with these people. They were commissioned to build some racking for our company and while at first they offered a good price on a seemingly good deal, their workmanship was third-rate and outright dangerous in some parts. The salesperson (Ken Bowers) was all too eager to answer phonecalls before the sale was made, but any form of aftersales support from him disappeared as soon as problems appeared. The boss (Michael King) is very two-faced and will give the usual lip service, but ultimately he also failed to remedy the problems of shoddy workmanship at all. In the end, we were forced to payout Allwest Racking 'Solutions' for the work they completed and got another contractor in to fix their work. Terrible stuff. Racking is not rocket science and anyone can do it. However these people seem to be the exception. I would recommend that you find somebody else (anybody else) for your racking needs and save yourself the nightmare that we experienced.
