Lovely place good shop's and good people. Like this place for just short talk and sit on coffee shop there plus good variety of goods in Chinese shop's there ..tats and lotto with many things to find inside for purchase

My 'go to' supermarket. Easy free parking and good prices. It is never crowded, which is a huge plus. It is a slghtly smaller Woolworths so sometimes doesn't have everything I need. Highly recommended though for that nice neighbourhood feel.

Got rid of the 15c plastic bags and now charge 25c for paper bags that break. Apparently this is to help customers. Go to Coles instead where they still have the bags.

Easy access from Newmarket station. Got enough parking around. Staff is very friendly and nice.For some reason it doesn't feel clean. Inside woolies is good. But the complex it self is not feeling clean.I'd still be going there as it's convenient after getting off from Newmarket station.

Staff are amazing! Great Customer service experience. Coming all the way from Sydney, needed to buy train cards however most of the shops selling mymiki cards were closed. The staff named Taylor went above and beyond to accompany me to the train station machines close-by. He assisted me on how to operate the machines and even waited until the card was dispensed. Kudos to the Woolworths Newmarket Plaza team!

Not very well stocked with items, lots of shady characters loitering around the outside carpark, I suppose that's why there is a presence of security guards outside. Being close to Newmarket station and Flemington, that's the crowd who hang around on a Friday night.Before any says why was I there, I was driving pass, my friend and I needed to buy essentials so thought we might save time by going in there.

Great customer service!I informed customer services, the stock on the shelf was empty. The staff responded immediately and tried their best to look into their warehouse. The item was at the bottom and they did their best to recover it. Thankyou !

Car park can be a bit of an experience, but the store itself is clean, generally well stocked and open late. Staff are friendly and helpful.

understand that its a popular place so always busy BUT tables are too close to each other. How annoying when you have to stand up, move your chair so people can go in & out while you're eating.Ordered combo 3 meals but they forgot to bring out the soup & noodles happened twice.Couldnt wait so had to go pay, they asked me to wait so they can organise the soup for me to take away.. I was like nah nah I dont need it now lolz.
