Montego Sands Resort by Collective Holiday Apartments
My partner and I stayed for two nights in November and we really liked this spot. It is a short walk to the beach, shops and easy access to the highway. Close to Hedges avenue where we hired bikes and watched the passing parade! The apartment is older in style, but very comfy. This place is not for travellers who are after matching furniture and all the mod cons... it is quaint and cosy. Our hosts were lovely, there was plenty of room for underground parking and it was beautifully quiet. We like to mix up our travel between hotels, motels and parks, and we would certainly return to Montego.

I really enjoyed my stay at Montego Sands Resort. I liked the room decor. The shower had good pressure. The facilities where clean and comfortable. Location was wonderful, so close to the beach. I am glad there was YouTube and Netflix on The television. The owners were very friendly. I shall definitely return.

Terrible customer service during covid times, to the point where they didn’t let me stay in a hotel I booked. I was waiting on a negative covid test and couldn’t check in on the first day, but got the negative result and was still wanting to stay for the rest of the nights. Not only did they rebook the room without my knowledge, but also didn’t give me a refund. The man I spoke to on the phone was rude, interrupted me and overall treated me with little respect.I wish you could give zero stars because this place is trash!!

I needed a place for my mother to stay during the pandemic and found this wonderful resort. It had everything my mother needed in her home away from home. We really like the location as it is a short walk to the beach, shops, and easy access to the mall. Her apartment is very comfy and has all the things needed to stay comfortably. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff, has been amazing to work with! Terry - has been very accommodating and helpful and pleasant to work with after all these months.We would certainly return to Montego and highly recommend this hotel for anyone!

Quiet location despite large construction next door. Good secure underground carport with a 2.1m height limit. Wifi ok clean and comfortable. Very responsive service and short walk to beach shipping and light rail.

Pretty disappointing, the room was not clean and the floors were filthy, my feet were brown and covered in dirt within 30 minutes I spoke to the property manager and they advised they would go in and mop. An hour later we returned and while the floors were slightly cleaner they were still sticky and we had to wear shoes inside - would not recommend this place at all.

Montego is quaint, unfortunately there was construction when I had my stay. Positives are they are close to the beach and the area is always full of life.
