I’ve come here various times and this place never disappoints. All the staff are very attentive and outgoing and are always happy to help. Unlike other stores, Throwback offers a range of items that are limited edition or things that you may only find in places like the USA. I definitely do recommend coming here to shop as it has a wide range of items for basketball fans out there.

Unfortunately I purchased a youth jersey based on the measurements on the website but when received it was way too big for my son. No refunds given in this case just a credit note which I am currently waiting to receive. Very frustrating, however on a positive the item was good quality and received quite quickly.

Ordered a pair of basketball shoes online a week ago. They still have not shipped the order, nor do they respond to any emails or phone calls. There is absolutely no communication from the store after ordering. I begin to feel this store is a scam!

As a regular customer online I am disappointed at how my faulty product has been handed. Not convinced they are genuine. After purchasing. Pair of MB.02 Supernova in October. They were received and worn for 4 u/16 indoor court games (160mins worn) they are fraying, I made contact well within the 30 days of purchasing only to be told it was wear and tear. Disgusting, disappointing & fake! Will not be shopping again! Poor service
