I usually don’t like posting this but I guess I need it nowI go 7/11 everyday to purchase a slurpeeI usually go and then have a little chat with the staff and they make the experience a lot more better since I want to go backBut today some old guy (staff member) not sure his name but he started yelling at me and telling me off for coming into the store and speaking with his staffIt’s not my fault they want to talk to meThis guy mentioned out loud infront of other customers “no one likes you, everyone hates you”And started telling me off mentioning about my workplace which had nothing to do with itHow can a staff member say this to a customerThis needs to be publicly postedNo issues with any other staff memberJust this old guy (most likely Turkish)

Got $2.25 worth of petrol but got charged $22.25.

This 7- Eleven today charged me $33 for 4 mixed donuts, 1 $1 coffee and 1 Iced coffee. I tried to call them 3/4 times but there is no response. This is not right.They are robbing people.The worst thing is she did not asked me for receipt and I was in a hurry so I also did not ask for it.When I reached home I realised she robbed me.

Traveled many places this is the only service station that refused to let customer to use the toilet.

Friendly staff,prices as o'er the norm of 711 wich I think is getting abit expensive. Handy location for petrol and always a pump available.

Rude service, when I ask at counter, is my Didi discount added?He replied that's not his job. My job is just to scan.What a professional reply.On 12 October 2022, 1:30pm.

It was bad service, I was charge for a cold latte instead of hot latte the coffee end up in the bun, and the guy was providing the service today at 08:33pm he’s a rude person and can’t talk at all.

The so-called custard-filled donuts are not. I'd call them custard stingy. I'm so sick and tired of donut rip-offs. It's hard to find a real custard-filled donut anywhere these days. Everyone's gone stingy.
