A cranky lady behind the till has made my experience there utterly tense. She should have known that it's not good for the image of the business to be showing what a bad day she is having. Tsk! Otherwise, some of their products are great.

Found what I was looking for myself, because obviously the shop assistant's phone call was more important to her than customer service. Took my item to counter and she continued call while serving me. Would have walked but I couldn't get this anywhere else. Rudest person I have been served by. Won't go back.

I've been in twice in the past two weeks. Both times looking for different items. Served by different ladies both times but both sporting the same bitter look and nasty attitude. Both times when I asked if they had the item I was looking for their response was a sharp no followed by an awkward and empty silence. This shop makes me want to only buy online.

Love my knives - still slicing like a dream two years later and my saucepans and sauté pan still look amazing despite 2 years of continuous use.

I quite like this jam packed little store. The staff are helpful in store. They were also very good with a resent return. One of the pots id bought in a set had been damaged during shipping and they immediately replaced it with a new one. Awesome job guys thanks
