Sydney Listings took over the management of my property at trying times. Issues of some nature or other (nothing to do with Sydney Listings) kept arising from onset. Nevertheless, both Joe and Reece persevered, always trying to do the best and be fair. Their wealth of good real estate experience was clearly evident by their efforts in overcoming each and every hurdle posed. Both Joe and Reece were at all times prompt and receptive of my concerns, including over the Xmas and New year period. They kept me informed throughout this process with clear realistic analysis, recommendations and options. This was really helpful for me and I really appreciate all the time and efforts put in by them. Reece, in particular, was exceptional in his service and dedication as a Property Manager. He is polite, professional, calm and always available to answer my concerns. In conclusion, all I can say to you guys is to keep up this Very Good work and I will certainly have no hesitation in recommending you to others. Honesty and true professionalism are attributes that you have and must be upkept. Good luck.

Im posting on behalf of my company Interlock Construction. Generally dealing with real estate companies, for works on their buildings can be quite tedious and hard to deal with. Payments for works are often quite late and they are just looking for the cheapest possible outcome and don't care about the quality of products they put into their buildings as long as it looks good to the eye. Dealing with Sydney Listings from a contractors perspective has been great. They care about the products they put in their buildings and have paid on time every time. Will continue to service their demands for their buildings with pride.

Stay away from this Real Estate Agents everyone. When they give us the keys to move in with dirty unit ( they attached around hundreds of pictures from last tenant ) the ground floor unit was flooded so many times due to lots of rain , carpet smells badly. When we terminated our rental contract, we paid for the carpet cleaning and spent our two days of cleaning up but they still forced us to use commercial cleaning, they used old defect photos from last tenant again us ( the photos they attached when we move in) . We had paid more 400 dollars for cleaner on top of our steam cleaning fee . Our worst experience ever with this company. We used to rent a brand new unit before for over one year, when we move out we cleaned it up and we have no problem at all .

I was CEO of a business actually on the other side compared to usual happy reviewers, as a tenant. Sydney Listings were great to deal with, always honest and transparent despite being in some difficult positions at times. Joseph was great in keeping a solid relationship and showed great understanding from all perspectives.

Was looking for a property to rent. I cam across these guys, they seemed nice at the start but soon they would contact me all the time and harass even my children when i wasn't home, as they wanted to constantly inspect" the place. They put dents on the walls and said it was me when i was trying to leave just so they could keep my bond. Scums of the Sydney rental industry!"

The property management team were very proactive about leasing my property as I told them I needed a quick rental, giving updates and advice throughout the process while respecting that any changes to the listing were my decision in the end.Very happy with the service.

Worst Real Estate Agents That i've dealt with by a LONG shot! Reece is a little more professional than Joe but they will try to rip you off as much as they can when you try to leave any of their properties. Do not do business with these guys, i'm warning you now.

Thank you so much Reece and Joe for all your assistance throughout our 12-month stay. These guys are very professional and responds promptly to all emails and requests. It is very convenient to deal with them from application to end of lease as everything was done online. This is very important as we started the lease just when Covid started and we had to move out in the middle of a 2-week lockdown. Having said all those, we surely wouldn’t hesitate to deal with Sydney Listings in the future. We hope you’ll get new tenants for this unit right away - very friendly and professional people to deal with and the property was such a lovely place to live in.
