I purchased a Groupon voucher for a 45 min deluxe facial. The appointment was made but they the lady had to cancel so we rescheduled. She was running late but communicated that to me so that was ok. The room had a nice set up and the beautician was really nice, unfortunately afew things just made the experience not so relaxing. She had popped on the mask and a second timer was set. The timer went off then after another 10 mins I called her to tell her it had gone off. She had been sitting outside the room watching a TV show. I guess the atmosphere was ruined by ticking noises, Tv and sniffing. When she returned it was all over within a few mins. I was only there for 30 mins and did not feel like I received the 45 min deluxe facial. Overall I hope the beautician can take this constructive criticism and make a great business.

I bought a Groupon voucher to get a keratin treatment done from this place. Got the treatment done on the 6th of October after two weeks my hair went back to normal wavy hair!!!!! They didn’t do better job!!! Supposed to have a straight hair for 5-6 months after a keratin treatment! My hair is now the same wavy hair after two weeks of the treatment!!! Do not go to this place!!!! They are very irresponsible and very very disappointed about this whole experience!!!!!!

So disappointed with service, hair dresser can't own up to fault. Went in for a keratin smooth out treatment. Bought a deal from group on for my niece's birthday. Told the hair dresser I just want to relax her curls. hair dresser said because her hair is curly she will receive 70% straight and 30% curly which is perfect for someone who is only 13 that just wanted it to be easier to style her hair due to her being very very curly. However when treatment was done the hair dresser put in the wrong treatment that doesn't smooth out curls. So my niece ended up with 100 % curly and a waste of 3 hours. The hair dresser owned up to fault by the end of everything due to letting me know they put in the wrong keratin treatment. After I put through my complaint with group on, the owner lied to group on about what happened on the day even though he wasn’t there at the time. Told group on I asked too many questions only because I wanted to make sure they understood and delivered on the service I was looking for however clearly with all my questions they still couldn’t deliver the right service. So disgusting

Amazing customer service! I went in there for a haircut and showed them a picture and OMGOSH my hair looks exactly like the pic. And also the hairdresser was really nice i stayed an extra 20 minutes talking to her about stuff. Totally recommend

Came in for a colour but was a bit disappointed with the outcome. It was a tricky colour to do however staff were amazing, they took my number and called me when they had a professional colorist and they re-did it free of charge. Was extremely happy with the final result

Used the service for cut and colour with groupon and this was the first time I’ve been disappointed.The colour I wanted was out of stock so I had to choose another colour.I ask for a style cut, but instead a big chunk of my fringe was cut off and nothing else.I asked for my hair to be thinned a bit, but was told that’s an extra $10 even though it was not in the fine prints. I have never been charged for this at any salon before.When I got home I realised my dress was ruined by the bleach…

I’ve had many facials before and was ver disappointed. I entered to the staff member reporting she wasn’t feeling well however wanting to proceed. For the booked 45 minute facial, I laid with an egg timer ticking beside my ear, no music or relaxing room space. The staff member commenting on my good skin and asking why I came. She then proceeded to tell me to sleep for 20 minutes of the 45 minute session where I could here her watching videos on her phone.very unprofessional. I requested to leave early where she put an oil on my face, which stung my eyes the whole ride home. VERY UNIMPRESSED by the service, will not be coming back again.

Every time you go there to get a hair cut always told no hair dressers available wast of time going highly recommend not wasting your time

I have been getting facial from Suman. She is extremely good at her work. Products are amazing and give very good results. Services are also great with great prices. I highly recommend Suman as is very experienced, polite and professional.
