I just claimed warranty of my vaccum cleaner which I bought almost 8 months ago. i was treated professionally by the guy at store even I didn't have invoice or proof of purchase.They returned my vaccum cleaner after fixing it in a week and without any charges. A perfect after sale experience a customer is looking for....10/10.

So glad to have dealt with the staff at Liverpool Godfreys. After having an awful experience with my machine and another store, area manager Monique went out of her way to assist me in my ordeal. Furthermore, the staff at the Liverpool store were not only welcoming, but finalised my transaction with no hesitation. Would definitely recommend, as their customer service was better than I expected. So grateful to have been in contact with these amazing company representatives.

Partner and I came in looking for a new vacuum. Brandon helped sort us out and was incredibly helpful. He showed us the features, did demonstrations and answered any questions we had. He even got us a trolley while we paid for the vacuum so we didn’t have to wait - talk about efficient! Brandon if you see this - we absolutely love the vacuum!

Liverpool store has ignorant customer service. They literally do not exist. I’ve had my eye on a Tineco, every time I walk past their store I go in and check it out. Not once have the workers even looked my way or paid any attention. I approach the desk and the 2 are looking at each other in conversation. This has happened over 5 times on a Thursday evening/afternoon when I’m in the area shopping. For this reason I’m looking to purchase this vacuum at any other retailer where they will talk to me, maybe even explain the product or do a demonstration.

Rude staff and the products they sell are worthless. Never will buy a vacuum from there again.Dyson vacuum are heaps better than the garbage that Godfrey's Liverpool sells

I recently purchased a Hoover Smartwash Pet Automatic Cleaner. My sales assistant Suzanne was extremely helpful .Susanne went above and beyond to explain how the machine worked and even researched the correct cleaning product for my lounge.I would totally recommend this store and their staff
