Queried pharmaceutical medication with regards to dosage at the registers and the pharmacist couldn’t be bothered to walk down and speak to me at the registers. Then when the dosage was actually incorrect, they wouldn’t refund or exchange for the correct dose. The Chemist warehouse on Old Northern Road, Castle Hill we’re happy to help even though I didn’t actually purchase from that store. No consistency at all. Old Northern Rd Chemist will always get my business over castle towers from now on.

If can. I would not rate any star at all. This chemist bad in customer service. The security guard even worst like dog keep following you wherever you go. Specially struggling to searching product i want to buy, but no one able to give you a hand.

Anytime I go there to the old northern road location, with any script questions and i get to speak to Bella, I completely forget she is a student. She is exceptionally professional, a very active and attentive listener, and if she isn't sure, she checks with the pharmacy manager. Instead of second guessing or dismissing any of my concerns, she does the right thing and ensures there are no further questions. Fantastic at communicating and problem solving. She really deserves to be recognised for her commitment to customers. Having a student like her is an amazing asset. Really greatful I can count on her to sort out even the most complex medical situations every time!

Been happy with the place for almost 8 years but the last time my husband was there encountered with a very rude pharmacist. That sure put me off. There is never a need to be rude and thinking of oneself so high and mighty , should not be working in an industry that one is daily face with people!

Poor service. Products i paid for wasn't given to me, only realised after reaching home and after checking all the bags. Customer service person said, she definitely gave it to me. Then had to check the camera to prove that it wasn't given to me and got my items :-( :-(So disappointed, the service staff didn't even apologies.I was also double charged for one item in the same bill. Please all check your bills...
