Very rude and aggressive older woman in there. Lead me to believe I was buying gold when it was only plated. When I realised it wasn't what I had asked for. I requested a refund and was refused and also abused. Wouldn't go back. Bloody disgrace

Nothing to say apart from the shop assistant couldn't get rid of me quick enough I had 3bday presents to buy and only brought one went elsewhere. In saying that Jim Hughes has always been my go to jewellery shop my 1st piece of jewellery cane from there 42 years ago.
