Phone contact was met with extreme scepticism from our end but from the first meeting our perceptiom changed hugely. Ralph was professional polite and genuinely interested in how we operated and functioned as a business. He reveiwed our current advertising methods and gave us an evaluation with examples of improvement. We saw with our own eyes immediate benefits when we implemented his suggestions. The ongoing support that we are receiving is of high quality, timely and absolutely aligned with our business ethos and image. Communications are clear and prompt and all interactions have provided high value to us. Bravo!!!!!
