This is by far the worst organisation I have ever dealt with the manager there is so racist I will never trust them with my love ones they claim to be caring but they are anything but caring they are aggressive I don't know how they deal with people I feel sorry for anyone that deals with them

I highly recommend this service as it was wonderful. The driver (Lauren) was very polite and courteous. I arrived to my destination on time.Also Mr Allen and Ms Clair at the office, have provided amazing help and support to me when I encountered a difficult and distressing time at my appointment. They were very caring and would not let me leave before that I calmed down. They offered me a drink, personal support and made sure I arrived back home safely.Thank you all for being wonderful people.Lama
