I was recommended this store from my mother and I absolutely love it. the owner is a very lovely woman who is helpful and considerate. I live in Adelaide, so she was been kind enough as to send me my items and they always arrive in pristine condition. never have they been broken or chipped. she is always willing to go above and beyond for her customers. highly recommend dropping by this store next time you are in Melbourne or looking into the website.

I called to ask for special consideration to pick up an item for travel to interstate funeral. No flexibility at all and left me very upset. As a Customer Service Manager of 20 years I was disgusted with the response I got. I can't believe someone could be so unhelpful. Worst service ever.Response - Good businesses can always be flexible for customers especially in extreme circumstances. And it was your tone and attitude that upset me the most. You are not too busy to respond to my feedback, just too busy to help me.

What HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE to experience from a store I have shopped at so many times.I arrived at your store this morning and was greeted with the most rudest and unwelcoming response ''we do appointments only''. I apologised and advised I will call to make an appointment.I called back within seconds and advised I had just been by and would like to make an appointment, I was met with your condescending and cannot be bothered tone ''we are an online business and our appointments are all booked this week, so you might only get in next week'' ''we have been operating for 15 years and anyone of our customers would know this. I asked if your times and making appointments was on your website and was met again with a snarky ''YES'' it is... well i was on your website and it is NOT!! As I started to tell you I have purchased from your store so many times before and have never encountered such rudeness, you hung up... customer service at it's finest right here!I am so disappointed that this is how you treat your customers who have been loyal to your store, well you have just lost me and I will not be recommending you any further either. Utterly disgusting.

Horrible customer service.You might want to fix your website as it DOESN’T give a option to book an appt and you may not know your “website” as much as you “think” you do.Also might want to change the way you speak to customers as it is a real turn off and I will NOT be shopping with you and will go elsewhere that has better customer service.

Amazing collection, the toys are beautiful and great quality. Staff were extremely nice and helpful and to top it all off very reasonable price. Such an overall great experience, will purchase again!

I was a loyal customer of little people for years, buying Disney snow globes and figurines for my collection. Since there was a change in management/or ownership things have changed for the worse!Prices have gone up beyond a joke and items are now priced was $299 now $120 on special" for example- however the item was always $120 if not cheaper (as I'd purchased them in the past you get farmiluar with the prices) also other retailers are selling the same item for $99 and if your lucky they might have a sale and get it reduced further.The store was great because of its variety and staff so friendly ....Now you don't treat your customers all that great and for the prices you are charging

Excellent service! The owner was incredibly helpful, polite and extremely knowledgeable around collectables. I will definitely be buying from here again and recommending all my friends.

Worst shopping experience. Not sure if simply racist or what. We went in to buy a kite today with my wife and son, hated the vibes we received in the store, the woman worker/ owner made us feel extremely uncomfortable and in return we received absolutely disgusting service!! She had no customer service skills, yet alone we felt her negativity through her words. We asked if the $25 kite we brought came with warranty just incase it was faulty she smirked looked down at us with disgrace and answered gosh its only a $25 kite really, ' THEY DO NOT COME WITH WARRANTY. ' nothing in our store does. ! My partner told her we wouldnt be coming back to her store and her reply was ' whatever'. Definately would not shop there again, and are going to spread our experience with the rest of freinds and society. POOR EXTREMELY POOR.

A pleasant shopping experience. The staff were friendly and helpful. There seems to be a good range of toys and a small collection of books. The items I was looking at were fairly priced, and there was a good sale on at the time. The 70% off clearance table was good too. Will come back again.
