I'm not even giving this one star at all, first day I got there I started getting bitten by bed bugs and after finding out what was biting me and reporting it, they have the Gaul to blame people in the house for bringing them into the residence, even know they said that from the last person who had them in that room, they had it fixed, to say it's our problem now when obviously they didn't have the problem fixed, it was all put back on the residence to fix the problem ourselves, even after getting a message today about getting moved to another residence, they still had the Gaul to say that the bites and bed bugs that had been biting me from day one was my problem now, that is how low and depraved I felt as I have not done anything wrong.Why couldn't they just fix the problem better with out all the lying and confusion which has been driving the people in that location crazy.

Thieving lying mob. Treat you like a child and will kick you out when you question their authority. The Director Michael Mason has a 'small man's syndrome and is repulsive! They still owe me$1440 bond monies which is rightly mine but it was never lodged with Residential Bond Board!Their licence should be taken off themDO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THESE FRAUDSTERS!
