I would normally get 3 quotes for a purchase before proceeding but the service, prices and quality seemed so good that I didn't look elsewhere. My house isn't huge but I told the owner I'd make a pool table fit. The dimensions online were very useful in helping to determine what size table I could purchase.The guys who installed the pool table and then later helped with two replacement parts were amazing. So polite, respectful and friendly. They were extremely thorough ensuring the table was level again and took away any rubbish. Highly recommend The Billiard Shop.

10/10 service for a 10/10 product. Everyone has been so helpful and I'm so glad I didn't end up with a cheap MDF 3 piece slate table from another provider. I know the table I've purchased with last for years. Thanks to the whole team.

Super happy with our pool table and table tennis top. Graeme was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in answering all our questions to make sure we got the right table for our use and room size. His team delivered and installed right on time (they were actually a little bit early). Very happy customer.

Amazing service by Tristan and Cameron. Tristan made sure everything was perfect with the table and was meticulous with ensuring table was level and felt was perfectly smooth. They say the sign of a good company is good staff and I would 100% recommend largely based on the professional and friendly service of these two guys. Great service and great chat!

WOW!!! Cannot praise Graeme and his team enough. We have been looked after so well. They have been supportive from the first day of contact till the reassembly of our pool table yesterday. They stuck with us with all the delays in getting our home back after flooding. Cameron and Izzy are such wonderful guys. Professional, knowledgeable and have good old fashioned" customer service. Choosing this company is a no brainer. If we could give them 10 stars we would!! Regards

Big thank you to Graeme and his team for a great SOS table for our outside area. Tristan and Cameron delivered the table on time with no complications. The boys had a a bit of work to do leveling out as the area is far from level. Could not be happier with the end result. Thanks all.
