Over the years, I've really enjoyed seeing Jo at Creative Empowerment for a range of services. She is a kind, nurturing soul with a wealth of experience who has helped me through some tough times, using meditation and qigong. She has tought me how to breathe properly and use the flow and technique of qigong to relax and ease tension. The intuitive art class was something I'd never tried before, and a little apprehensive about doing but it was a beautiful experience and It felt like it only benefited my journey to healing.
