Excellent. Listened to my needs, and delivered a wonderful experience focussed on the areas I requested.As for Jason's comments .... live and let live .... all you have to say is no thanks. Your position is unwarrented, and yes stay in the Mall expirence, paying double the reasonable rate.

The absolute worst massage I’ve ever had.The women has had no training on how to do an massage and this business is clearly a front for something else!My skin is sore and irritated from being rubbed not to mention the dirty towel that was used on me and then put back up on the hook for the next person! She left my Massage to go do something and seeing other people‘s review this is a common occurrence.

My partner bought a voucher for me for Christmas which was not cheap. Considering the cost of the massage, I was expecting something of high quality.The shop is horrible, the woman who did my massage was on her phone the whole time, at first texting then she took a phone call for around half of the massage - seriously, what the actual!The icing on the cake was when I walked in, the woman was making her lunch which made the whole place reek of whatever it was. I would never recommend this place!

I have had excellent massages on the several occasions I have visited. Always willing 5p concentrate on the areas I have issues and the staff have always been friendly.

Twice I have rung ahead (try to do the right thing) to ask if someone is available at a certain time & wasted my time both times to tell me no one is free and come back in an hour. Learn how to run a business and how to speak english. Useless

Asked the girl to focus on one main injury, barely worked on it. Left the room multiple times during my massage and answered the phone while massing my leg with one hand lol

Went back for a follow up on the work I had on my lower back . Amazing how much better I’m feeling these days . I sleep great and have so much more energy . Highly recommend
