By far the best. I have been getting flowers for my partner from L&W since we starting going out (3 years) and every time they outdo themselves. So beautiful but more than that it’s how unique each time is. They have been with us through each birthday, v/tines day, random days and our engagement. I wouldn’t look at another florist.

Absolutely beautiful flowers, and amazing customer service. The florist was happy to spend time with me telling me about all the different types, and I left with a wonderfully fragrant buch of David Austin roses. I'll definitely be back.

I generally love their arrangements. I usually can’t fault them. Last experience however was disappointing. I messaged on Instagram to advise of my experience and it’s wasn’t even acknowledged. Extremely disappointed as the flowers I received didn’t even last 2 days - I sent the photos as feedback and was ignored. I expected better follow up service.

I cannot fault my experience with Lilac and Willow - I came in wanting some sympathy arrangements for my loved ones, and the staff were so kind and helpful, and the bouquets were stunning and were exactly what I wanted. Everyone kept asking me where I got the flowers from, and the tulips in the bouquets have lasted for over a week. Thank you for making a hard time that little bit easier!

Amazing service and beautiful flowers for a reasonable price. If you are unorganised like I am and need same day delivery, they will go above and beyond to try and get your flowers to you. Just make sure you place your order before noon. The flowers are amazing and last a good amount of time. Great value for money!

The only place you should purchase flowers. The staff are all gems; friendly, kind, and very happy and helping. Flower arrangements are beautifully crafted and the presentation of each bouquet is always superb.

Have spent hundreds of dollars worth of flowers here in the past. Not after today. Ordered via phone and wanted help designing a posie for $45. The girl instructed they were in a rush to close earlier than advertised business hours today (we want to be out of here by 2pm") and I must pick them up within 30 minutes. The stems / leaves we received after rushing to the store were just simply not what we had in mind. Politely asked if I could swap them for something else
