We are extremely happy with the service from Dankz furniture in Port Kennedy. The quality of the furniture is great and we took advantage of the black friday sale. The friendly delivery boys were swift and set up perfectly thankyou.

Accidentally came across the store whilst searching for a new dining setting. Having searched for a number of weeks we were at the point of giving up.We were very pleasantly surprised to find our dream solid Marri timber table. Albeit the chairs with it didn’t excite us. The staff were very attentive and showed us a good range of alternative chairs, after several swaps of the various chairs we decided on the one style that suited us.Pricing was far more reasonable than we expected after seeing numerous others in other stores. We also found a small lounge table in the same style almost a mini version of the dining table and purchased that.Delivery was arranged, again at a reasonable price. All items were delivered as scheduled and installed in the dining room without any fuss.We would recommend the store to anyone.

Attended the Port Kennedy store as we were looking for a 2 seater as we were space challenged. Found a lovely piece which we thought we possibly may be able to get away with 2 sofas. We pondered endlessly with the sales lady as we really weren’t quite sure they would fit in where we needed. Was told that if we took the 2 we could always exchange if it didn’t fit so we opted to take a chance. O lay living approx 3 minutes from the store, we raced home to measure up and were disappointed that the 2 wouldn’t fit. I quickly rang the store (under 10 minutes from purchase) and explained we would have to swap a 2 seater for a single as it just wouldn’t fit. The lady on the phone said no worries, but we won’t refund you the difference (approx $380 ish). I explained the conversation we had but too no avail we were told that there was nothing that could be done (which I find appalling and unbelievable). I guess we have to take the blame in some part for not getting our measurements exact, but I still think that common decency should prevail. Not really sure if we would ever shop there again.

Purchased an excellent lounge from these guys at a bargain price. Staff were awesome and really helpful. The delivery guys must of scratched a leg getting it into the house, contacted Danks and had who I think may have been store manger at our house within a couple of hours to replace the leg. Best customer service I've had in ages. Thanks guys

We had a new lounge made to measure through Danks Port Kennedy where the sales staff were very friendly and helpful in selecting the new lounge which is very comfortable it's our 2nd lounge we have had made through them over time and will return again.

Really happy with Dankz. We purchased a couch from the Mandurah office, staff were super friendly but gave us space to choose the couch. Delivered on the Tuesday, and we found a fault in the couch on the Sunday. By the following Tuesday, we got a call from head office to rectify the issue and by Wednesday we had a replacement section delivered to us. We will definitely be coming back for further couch purchases and recommending to our friends and family

The people at the store were very helpful. Love my new sofa. Great price too. Didn’t have to wait for stock to arrive they had one in store.

Orlando display unit - beautiful unit but poor quality of glass! Poor communication from management!Bought this unit in January 2023 and it was delivered February with terrible scratch marks all through the glass. It’s now May and with having made visits to Port Kennedy store and then sent out to Osborne Park warehouse to look at other units that all have the same scratched up glass. No Manager will call me to discuss the issue. I have to email and get poor responses with no name as to who is replying. So here I am 3 months later with a scratched display unit ($2600 in Dankz pocket) and an offer of $100 back and I can choose any of the 5 scratch units that have been opened! Your replacement is not to standard and you haven’t even offered to repair the glass so Collect your unit and give me my money back. Respond to emails.
