Secure Parking - Westmead Hospital Car Park

Only downfall is the cost but if you have money then parking here is the most convenient way to get to and from the hospital.

We were charged 114.5 dollars for an hour's parking. We called customer service for a refund. They refunded us 10.50 dollars after 40 days.I'd rather talk to a rock and get more information out than talk to their customer service and pull my hair out. This can only be resolved by a government body - Fair Trade.

Employees have no interest in helping people. Card reader does not work on exit, no pay station in the car park so you are expected to walk to main entrance to pay, difficult if you have mobility issues, also impacticle to be told to reverse and get out of your car to pay when there are multiple cars behind you. Thankfully a stranger decided to help when the person on the intercom refused to. Nil response when providing feedback

Terrible. The electronic signs are always not working so you cant see if there are any spots for staff to park. There is often problems with the boom gates and the secure staff are not helpful when you are stuck and have 20 cars or more banked up behind you and their suggestions are useless and not helpful because they offer you no viable solution to be able to get out of the situation you are stuck in. Also if boom gates are broken, then a big sign needs to be put directly on the boom gate so staff can see it and they should have someone from the office directing traffic away until at least 9.00am in the morning to help with traffic flow. They get a lot of money in revenue from patients and staff, so why are the signs never fixed?

Very expensive and quite complicated to find from the hospital

Was surprised how cheap it was agreed being there for almost 10 hours. Also easy to get a spot up towards the top, close to lifts

I love how you don't have to pay for parking if yr going to a cancer appointment the nurses and doctor are so lovely and friendly

Great parking, entry to p4 parking from many sides. I went in through the main entrance past p2. I had an apt at the breast cancer clinic and they validated my parking ticket for free even though I was there more than 3 hours. Entry and exit to parking was a breeze.

Signage within the parking lot is bad. I had parked my car on the ground floor and was looking all around for directions for exit but couldn't find any, then had to start driving in direction of arrows and after one circuitous round found the exitThe Green man running for fire exit is in plenty but how to take your car out for exit is totally missing.There was one car parked parallel to one row in the middle of the route and was surprising as this is supposed to be a secure car park where movement are monitoredIn absence of any other car park nearby you'd have to bear with what you have here
