I ordered a coffee today from this coffee shop for the first and last time.The lady that served me wasnt very friendly.When i asked for regular latte, she replied abruptly do you want this size or that one".When I received my coffee it was barely warm

Whilst i understand it was Saturday afternoon after lunchtime. Seats were not made readily available and it was obviously more important to pack up than provide good customer service. Coffee was pretty average which made for such a poor review.

Usually the coffee is amazing, however on this occasion ordered an ice coffee and received a room temperature cup of disappointment only explanation was 'we have no ice' I'm no retail expert but in a shopping center the size of Kawana I wouldn't think ice would be too hard to find.

Today the girl working (I use that term loosely) behind the counter told me when I was ordering 3 coffees that she's only doing takeaway coffees. As I wanted to sit down and have a coffee I took my order away and sat at Muffin Break where they brought my sit down coffees to me at my table. Poor form from that staff member.

makes a fine long black with crema, not many cafes on the Sunshine Coast do but this one does
