Great service, and large range. Parking can be difficult as is limited to street access. Best to go early morning or late afternoon

The female pharmacist has always been incredible but yesterday I was shocked at the bad service and what I was told by the male pharmacist.I asked for paracetamol and he said they don't have in stock but have something else that has paracetamol in it.I asked what if it is not correct and I get a reaction.....to which he replied....call an ambulance

Aside from Thien, who is the only person at this pharmacy who actually cares about the well-being of his clients, this is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to.I have a serious medical condition and have been a client for 3-years. In that time, they’ve denied me my medication on at least 8 occasions based on clerical errors. Once, it was because they didn’t have stock and couldn’t send a repeat to a different pharmacy. I was awake for 72-hours straight and was extremely unwell. Eventually my friend went down there and demanded they call Hillsdale, who were more than happy to help me.The pharmacists - except Thien - shrug their shoulders at you, never offer you any solutions (other than to go to an emergency room, which I ended up having to do on one occasion when my psychiatrist was on holiday leave and they refused to dispense my script based on the month saying ‘12’ instead of ‘11’). They’ve watched me break down in tears and haven’t even offered me a tissue.My final straw was seeing a very distressed woman crying, with the two young male pharmacists staring at her. I asked her what was wrong, and she explained she has a life-threatening condition that prevents her leaving home when the air is moist. We were in the middle of the ‘rain bomb’ at this time. They wouldn’t dispense her medication, call her physician, or even thought to advise her that they have a delivery service. After I helped this woman by offering her tissues, helping her call her doctor and giving her their fax number to send the adjusted prescription, I vowed never to go back. I’ve been walking 40 minutes to the Hillsdale Chemist Warehouse since, and I’ve never had a problem with them.The pharmacists at Chemist Warehouse Botany (again, except for Thien, who continuously goes above and beyond trying to make up for his colleagues terrible service) have absolutely no compassion, empathy or logic. They obviously don’t care about their clients - who they have a duty of care to - and have consistently put people in dangerous situations that have made them unwell.

Staff Not helpful and are rude. Have lost my script before. Would not recommend this chemist.

It is terrible company for deliver any goods. I purchased two items online 7 days ago and I am still waiting the parcel. I sent many emails to them and asked when they can deliver. I didn't get a single message. I am sick in hotel quarantine restriction. This is my bloody invoice number #76942342. I will never do shopping online again with Chemist Warehouse.

Pretty good phone service customer service is okay depends on who you get.

The staff here were very friendly. I wanted to purchase a few new colognes and needed the help of an assistant for 5-10 mins. She was incredibly helpful even though I'm sure she had other work to do!
