I met Hossein for my old lower back and shoulder injuries. I was told by doctors, physiotherapists, and a few other professionals that it can not be fixed unless I go under surgeries. However, GIV Health and Fitness was the right place to go to. I was assessed thoroughly, and a detailed rehabilitation program was prepared for me. I also felt an immediate improvement after the first session which was a great surprise after all I had gone through. After 6 weeks, my pain was completely gone, and I could almost move with no restrictions or discomfort. I decided to train with Hossein as a regular client afterwards, and I'm very happy with my achievements so far. I highly recommend GIV if you are looking for injuries rehabilitation and a remarkable improvement in your lifestyle, strength, and wellbeing.

it has been 6 months since i started training with hossein.as a trainer his library of exercise instruction and training is amazing, and he has taught me so much. along with that are the healthy habits and values he encourages for all his clientsas a personal trainer myself, he is someone who i want to model myself on. he can be hard and firm, but he also understands people well, and responds accordingly to attend to their needs and goalsi have a lot of respect for him, not just for his success in his field of business, but the way he conducts himself and the knowledge he imparts.

I have been training with Soni of GIV Health and Fitness for the past 4 months. I know that I would never have achieved the level of fitness and wellness I have if not for the personal attention given in my training sessions. Soni is always very encouraging, has a vast knowledge of her profession and is always up for chat!I would recommend GIV Health and Fitness in a heartbeat having also met Hossein and a couple of the other trainers in this company. Excited to continue my fitness journey!

I tried six PTs in the last 5 years to change my body composition and mainly build muscles. But I ended up with pretty bad knee and elbow injuries. Then I tried a few physiotherapists which didn't help either. A friend of mine recommended GIV and I desperately contacted them for help. I had three appointments for my injuries and I received a customized rehabilitation plan and I was told to follow it for 8 weeks and I most likely wouldn't need to go back to them anymore. Honestly, I had no faith after my several bad experiences, but I must say that these guys know what they're doing. If they claim they offer world-class service, they really do. My injuries were gone in a few weeks, so I decided to start training with them regularly to achieve my long-delayed muscle-building goal. And yes, I have gained 3.5kg of pure mass in 6 months. These guys are the best. They genuinely help their clients to achieve their goals.

With an initial aim to solely lose weight, I decided to take commitment to my gym training with Hossein as my PT in Jan 2023. Since then, many real transformations have been happening in my body, so here I will highlight some stories behind its change.First, I like the way he kicked off my program with an initial body assessment. This is def useful to recognise which exercises work for me based on my body structure. He optimises stronger parts of my body for upper and lower body exercise, but weak ones occurred due to injuries etc, he treats them with corrective programs. For now, I can slowly have a structural balance in my body, it's not that 100% perfect, but I can do some movements much easier now than they were.Another reason why the transformation happened is that he always assesses my meal plan for body composition. Of course, he considers my required daily calorie intake and provides a list of foods with macronutrient contains. Not only this, but he also improves my performance during sessions, like increased reps, heavier weights, daily steps etc. As is consistent with this arrangement and he acts such a great coach ever, I could hit a 10kg loss in the last 5 months only (can't wait to post my transformation body photo: yeay!)Last, he isn't just PT, but a kind-hearted, communicative and respectful person with whom can be working together. His way of delivering training and examples of doing it is hands-on and understandable. He also communicates every point clearly during the session. The training schedule is also flexible based on our availability, and he always respects our proposed time. Any changes, he may communicate it in a courteous way.FYI, his advice is incredible. I’ve been training with Hossein for 6 months and boy, what a life-changing experience!I lost 8kg in my first 4 months easily and now I’m stronger than ever (although he keeps reminding me that this is just a beginning lol). I’m fitter, more energetic. I sleep better, think clearer about anything. I even perform better at work. I’m in control of my calories intake without feeling so stress about diet. Everything just flows, smooth as silk. Hossein has successfully transformed my lifestyle and set me up on a right fitness path onwards.Hossein is extremely knowledgeable yet humble and firm at the same time. Through out the training he will share with you an insane amount of knowledge so that you can understand more about your body from a scientific standpoint. You gain more knowledge on WHY, not just HOW to do things. Having deep experience working with so many people on different walks of life (we have an annual xmas gathering so that we as the clients can meet up and share our experience) you can be sure that Hossein will know what you need to achieve your fitness goals.Highly recommended.

Could not recommend working with Hossein enough! The time and effort he puts into each session is evident, and the result are there to prove it. Hossein pushes me hard and to my limits , but for some reason I always look forward to my sessions with him!!!!! Hossein is so welcoming & always happy to answer any of my questions, and always up for a chat inbetween sets :) highly recommend!

Best Personal Trainer and team in the industry.Since covid I really struggle to get back in shape. That’s when I met Hossein and by his simple tips but very unique exercises and techniques my body completely changed in 4-6 weeks time.The balance didn’t have to tell us that whatever he was doing was working, I felt so much better by looking in the mirror, and got my confidence back.Hossein is a genius in the Personal training industry! The best that I ever trainer ever- I never felt bored and always challenged! He is amazing on checking your form as well( not like other PT that just tell you what to do and stays on their phones)Once I have my baby, I can’t wait to return to my session!!

Would highly reccomend hossein as a personal trainer. He listened to my needs and made me detailed program. He was able to coach me in a style that made me very comforable and increased my self-esteme.This allowed me to achieve my goals set for strength training and stability. He would also constantly adjust the program based on how my body was handling the work load.
