This is one of the shops I regularly visit- their products are always displayed neatly and the staff are such hard workers, they’re also friendly, approachable, genuine and helpful. Shout out to Hayley, the store manager, for being organised and staying on top of it. Robbie, John and a lovely lady (her name starts with T)- for having excellent customer service skills. This store is so generous too for discounting near best before date items, it certainly helps.To the wonderful team here- thanks for making hard times bearable.

Great Place to shop!Friendly Staff but I leftDisappointed with the Old Man working on Checkout today.He was Unprofessional and needs to work on his Attitude and Customer Service Skills.Needs to be replace by someone that is happy to help the Customer out.

My review is entirely to credit the excellent customer service I experienced today. I was met with a big, friendly smile from Jericho. Such a refreshing experience to be served by someone who enjoys his job and understands the importance of customer experience. Excellent choice of employee Reject Shop Management!

The young man on the register saw that I was trying to buy several bags of cat litter. He came over to help without me asking. I really appreciated the help as it was quite heavy and I needed to open several boxes
