Surrey’s Chicken is our number 1 go to shop for the best hot chickens and chips! Highly recommend the grilled butterfish and the Aussie burger as well. The staff are always so friendly, with amazing fast service. This place will not disappoint!

I am autistic and very pH specific. My order was taken correctly by the customer service officer. The order was cooked incorrectly with an item I needed removed put on the order.I removed the half cooked item and had 3 bites. I have vomited several times.I rang the store initially about the order, when, after being questioned by the store assistant, and the order being checked, I was told my meal would be refunded.After vomiting again, I rang the store back and said to the customer service operator that I did not want the make up meal and that I would not be returning.The customer service operator kept saying that she would get her manager. I repeatedly answered that I did not wish to go any further.Instead of listening to me, the CSO still got her manager.I hung up.if I was anaphylaxic, I would be at best in hospital now.

New owners are doing a great job, finally a decent fish and chip shop open on Boxing Day! Chips were perfect and crunchy and no fake calamari. Staff were lovely too.

Our favourite chip shop! Best chicken, chips & gravy. Super reasonable prices, and have always received good customer service.

NEVER AGAIN!!! So obviously this place DOES NOT read restaurant notes about food allergies - ordered a YIROS for my daughter and specifically wrote to PLEASE NOT ADD ANY TOMATO OR ONION DUE TO FOOD ALLERGIES and still got a YIROS filled with tomatoes & onions! It’s a good thing I always check or else my daughters allergic reaction could have ended with her in hospital or even worse!!! NOT GOOD ENOUGH! THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR THIS!!! Have some knowledge on how serious and fatal food allergies can be! Disgusting!!!

I havent gone here in a few years but was at the Drs so thought I'd grab some chips and a Burger, the Portions were huge alot of chips compared to alot of places maybe not the best quality meat and chips but the size makes up for that , I grabbed the fusion burger and it was huge alot bigger than I thought it maybe I thought it was pricey till I saw the size when I got home. The chips were seasoned well , the customer service was good the guy in there had a but of a chat to me as I asked questions about the burger and he seemed like a nice bloke, and the female came in and we spoke briefly as well. They seem like lovely people the food was quick and nice can't really fault them.Support local businesses.G From Phunken_Hungry....

Went in today to order some small chips and I think the owner upgraded me to medium chips instead. The customer service was really great thank you.

If you live in or near Surrey Downs do yourself a favour and give these guys a try! Simply the best chicken / fish & chip shop by a country mile. Not only is the shop impeccably clean and well presented, but the quality of the food is OUSTANDING!I have no idea what secret ingredients Yanni uses for his Steak Sandwiches but OMG to say they are addictive is the understatement of the century!Not only is the food beyond reproach, but the service is just as good! Family run, local business, that understands the meaning of good old fashioned customer service.Well done, 4 thumbs up , hat tilt & golf clap
