Went to this chemist because it suppose to be a compounding chemist to then be told no can't make that. Then ended up on the other side of town at the same chain and they made it.

Pharmacist confirms they price match and/or cheaper than “the” other pharmacy and when you get home to find they are charging up to $7 more per script and get given the run around when you go back and question them about it.

Pharmacist itself is good, and the workers are great. But the parking is impossible, which of course is not the chemists fault but councils. Still a dreaded drive to that chemist because of the parking

Dedication to your customers is thrown out the window, when you don't answer the phone, and just let it ring for 9.5minutes. We've been customers for many years, but this makes us want to go to a much more accommodating chemist.

Asking $3 for a disposable mask or $10 for a relatively cheap looking fabric one. Other chemists are asking $1 and $5 and lot are donating the money to a charity.Glad I didn't need anything life saving. Strong health tax in play at this chemist.
