I have been going to Nelly from SkinSense Beauty Therapy for over 20 years. I have followed her from her salon in Karratha to now in Perth and I travel from south of the river to see her. I highly recommend her IPL, I got this done over 10 years ago with not many sessions and have had only one touch up since. It was a great experience and highly recommend all her services.

Went here for a Brazilian wax, it was a friendly place however just as the wax was nearly over I looked and noticed the lady had been double dipping the wax sticks. If I’d notice at the start I’d have stopped the wax. So be aware of this if you are booking.

I have used this salon for a few years and have only had positive experiences however today a new member of staff spilt wax in my hair while completing an eyebrow wax. Instead of explaining the situation and giving me the option to try and wash it out at home, the therapist cut my hair without asking my permission. I've been left with hair around 1cm long above my ear which is very unsightly and will take a long time to grow out. I won't be returning, despite a lovely owner.

I got a brazillian wax (first time that far) and underarm and leg. She was very patient, friendly and professional. Constantly reassuring and checked to make sure i was ok. Talkative in the appointment which helped take my mind off the waxing. Basically no bleeding, very little skin irritation.Place also very nice and quiet with ambient music and nice smell which was a nice touch. Very relaxing.Would definitely go here again.
