Direct to florist is the only relay system that I will ever use in floristry. The Rep in Australia does his upmost effort to help out where needed and has a tough job keeping track of all the orders coming in and going out of Australia.D2F are very helpful to organise orders going to overseas as well as interstate. This business is NOT an order gatherer (middle man who takes a large cut) but rather they are a relay system who helps connect actual florists to other florists. I appreciate this when customers need flowers going to family overseas and I can not call and talk directly to a florist there due to time difference.For all the customers commenting on timing of deliveries- keep in mind that us florists are only human. If you leave your order placing to the last minute and for the actual day of delivery, then we will only be able to do what time and restrictions (such as courier route) allows us.D2F has excellent range of prices and the bouquets and arrangements are flexible for seasonal flowers. Customers need to keep the substitution rule in mind when ordering, as flowers available overseas are often varying and also keep in mind that some items may be sold out and we as the florist will need to sub in other stems.The end product will always contain full value of flowers.You will also receive an email of confirmation of delivery and most times a picture attached to show what was delivered (*sometimes the day is so busy that the pic may be missed by accident- we are only human).Jenny, Sea Rose Florist

Customer service was terrible Neville, didn't get an email regarding flowers not being available so valentines day flowers were not delivered.. (you can imagine how that went down with the Mrs)Was told I would receive compensation for the mishap, all I got was a blunt message and a refund.

Direct2Florist is an innovative platform where you can order flowers directly from a real florist, not an order gatherer who will deduct a hefty commission. With D2F your order will be executed at the full value. In addition, you will be charged a very small administration fee. My experience has been that they are a most professional and trustworthy organisation. When your order is delivered, the customer receives an email with a photo of the flowers. In addition, the customer receives an email from Feefo, an award winning, independant merchant review system, inviting the customer to send feedback on the order process and execution. Can't speak highly enough of Direct2Florist.

I was so impressed with the business layout and images online as the website was fantastic.What you see is not what you get. Seasons change so I understand that what I ordered would probably need to be adjusted to suit the flowers of the season which I was happy with, however I did expect the bouquet to be laid out the same and the quantity of flowers and size of bouquet to be what I paid for.I was contacted and a voice message was left stating that the store providing my flower order didn't have enough flowers to make up my order so wouldn't be able to deliver until a day later.I agreed to this provided that they would definitely be delivered as my elderly parent was in having surgery and i, along with the rest of my family, wanted to surprise her.It was me that was left surprised.The bouquet that I ordered was not a bouquet at all and instead a smaller version was sent in a box display. Not only did I not want the boxed display (which is why I didnt order it) but myself and family paid extra to have it upside and we actually got less. The roses in the bouquet had petals that were wilted and I was left very disappointed and the bouquet was filled with greenery. I contacted the owner and sent images and left it up to him to do what he felt was right. I wanted to give him an opportunity to fix this. At no point have I received an apology for the mix up, or for the delivery which was not what was ordered.Will not return and will not recommend.Stay local or try another online business.

Had placed my order for flowers and chocolates to be delivered to south Africa for my mum's birthday, have previously used them, BUT will not longer use them due to having my order cancelled as they don't have anyone in the area apparently, so now it's too late to send and I am very disappointed.

I placed order and requested delivery by a certain time. As this could not be met by Florist, I was emailed advising they canceled my order and that my refund was processed. Its been 3 weeks and I still haven't received my money back and have contacted Neville Park in Perth to follow up my refund and he won't reply. Very disappointing and unsatisfactory customer service Neville!!! I will not use Direct2Florist ever again and won't recommend to anyone I know.
